The last witness in a hearing challenging the murder conviction of Joshua C. Kezer for the 1992 killing of Angela Mischelle Lawless is testifying today in a Jefferson City courtroom.

Blindsided by federal parolee facility

How would you feel if you learned a re-entry facility for federal prison parolees was being constructed in your backyard, and you found out too late to stop it?

Many people in the Butler County town of Neelyville aren't too happy about the situation. They say they didn't found out until this week that such a facility was under construction, expected to be completed in March.
