Southeast Missouri State University's homecoming celebration this week will focus on "Spirits of the Past."
"Students on the Homecoming Steering Committee selected the theme, which is a natural tie-in with Halloween and the kickoff of Cape Girardeau's bicentennial celebration," said Jane Stacy, director of alumni services.
A number of events will highlight Southeast's homecoming celebration. "The bicentennial celebration, the `Salute to Greeks,' the Gary Lucy art exhibition, and the formation of two new constituency chapters the Baptist Student Union and the accounting/finance department are four special focuses," she said.
