The board of directors of the Southeast Missouri University Foundation has elected five new members to serve three-year terms on the board. The board of directors of the Southeast Missouri University Foundation has elected five new members to serve three-year terms on the board.

They are Bill Davidson of Chesterfield, Mo., Richard Davidson of West Plains, Mo., Earl Holland of Naples, Fla., Dennis Marchi of Cape Girardeau and Paul Vance of Fredericktown, Mo.

Bill Davidson has been active with the university, particularly in the development of the River Campus project. He has his own financial consulting firm in Chesterfield.

Richard Davidson is president of Davidson Insurance, which has five offices in Southeast Missouri.

Holland is vice chairman and chief operating officer of Health Management Associates Inc. He received the school's Alumni Merit Award earlier this year.

Marchi manages Schnucks supermarket in Cape Gir-ardeau.

Vance built successful manufacturing businesses in Fredericktown. He is an Alumni Merit Award winner.

Six members of the board have been re-elected to second terms. They are Missouri Secretary of State Bekki Cook, Paul Copeland of Union, Mo., James Gleason of Sikeston, Mo., Gerald Jones of Jackson, Mo., and Skip Smallwood and Melvin Van de Ven, both of Cape Girardeau.

In addition, three emeritus members were named to the board. They are Bill Burch of Sikeston, Marvin Rosengarten of St. Louis and Gary Rust of Cape Girardeau.
