James Anderson was taken by ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center after the pickup truck he was driving east on Route Y ran off the road and overturned. He was reported in good condition Saturday night in the hospital's emergency room.

The accident occurred at 6 p.m., east of Jackson, the Missouri Highway Patrol said.
Anderson's pickup truck ran off the left side of the roadway. Anderson over steered and lost control, causing the vehicle to run off the left side of the road again and overturn, the patrol said.
