Petition for annexation of a 20-acre tract of land owned by the Southeast Missouri University Foundation. The land is immediately north of the Northfield Subdivision.

Request by St. Francis Medical Center for a special use permit to construct a five-story medical office building.

Consent ordinances

Establish limited parking on Randol Avenue and Lynnwood Drive. Second and third readings.

Place stop signs on West Cape Rock Drive, Lexington Avenue and Benton Hill Road. Second and third readings.

Name Northchurch Street and Patriot Drive. Second and third readings.

Enlarge boundaries of a sewer district. Second and third readings.

Approve plat of dedication for right of way along Wilson Road. Second and third readings.

Amend city's liquor law to coincide with state law. First reading. Among other things, it would allow Sunday liquor sales to start at 11 a.m. instead of 1 p.m.
