CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Adult students planning to attend Southeast Missouri State University this fall should register by May 10 to take the ACT Assessment Test.
To register, complete the official registration packet and mail it along with $12.50 to the ACT Registration Office in Iowa City, Iowa. The ACT test will be administered on June 8 at Southeast Missouri State.
Registration packets are available at the university's Center for Adult Learners and Testing Services, 713 N. Henderson, and at most area high schools.
In addition, an alternative summer orientation program, especially designed for adult students, is scheduled for June 14 and 15 in Academic Hall Room 103.
Adults planning to enroll in summer school should attend this session. Additional orientation sessions will be held in late June and July for people planning to enroll in classes this fall.
Orientation sessions will consist of placement testing, campus tours, academic advising and enrollment.
