Winter - 60 years

FROHNA, Mo. -- E. Roland and Leonora Winter of Frohna celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner May 27, 2007, at Frohna City Hall.

The event was hosted by their daughter and son-in-law, Maxine and Bruce Lorenz, and a grandchild, Chris.

Winter and Leonora Steffens were married May 24, 1947, at Salem Lutheran Church in Farrar, Mo., by the Rev. W.F. Dommer.

Winter is the son of the late Paul G.G. and Johanna Schuessler Winter of Frohna. Mrs. Winter is the daughter of the late Claus and Frieda Koenig Steffens of Farrar.
