Weiss - 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Weiss of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception Aug. 28, 2010, at First Church of the Nazarene. Hosts were their children and grandchildren.

Weiss and Barbara Burton were married Aug. 26, 1960, at First Church of the Nazarene, by the Rev. Fred Hartman. Their attendants were Mary Francis Lowes and Rex Howard Hahn.

The couple has two sons, Brian Weiss of Cape Girardeau and Bill (Elaine) Weiss of Fenton, Mo. They have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
