Seabaugh and Lois Devore were married April 16, 1960, by the Rev. Floyd Grindstaff, at the Grindstaff home. Their attendants were Margaret Glastetter and Lindell Seabaugh.

The couple has four grandchildren, Andrew and Blake Telle, Nathaniel and Truman Kinsey.
