Sanders and Louise Young were married Aug. 12, 1939, at the home of the bride in Brownville, Neb.
The couple has two sons, Laurence (Cathy) Sanders of St. Charles, Mo., and David (Donna) Sanders of Cape Girardeau. They have four grandchildren, Marcia (Chad) Voges, Doug Sanders, Trenton Sanders and Kristyn Sanders; and two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Kate Voges.
