The Samples have two daughters, Susan (Fred) Vincel and Nancy (Marty) Niswonger. They have three grandchildren, Crystal (Aaron) Williams, Amber (Tim) Horrell, and Andrea (Matt) Welker; and two great-grandchildren, Owen Horrell and Hunter Welker.
