Quade - 62 Years

Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Quade of Cape Girardeau observed their 62nd wedding anniversary Saturday.

Quade and Dorothy Brucker were married Oct. 16, 1948, at St. Augustine Church in Kelso, Mo., by the Rev. Joe Keusenkothen. Their attendants were Pauline Brucker Uhrhan, Betty Quade Brucker, Clarence and Lawrence Brucker.

Quade farms with his son in Cape Girardeau County. Mrs. Quade retired from Florsheim Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau. She worked 40 years in factories at Chaffee and Cape Girardeau.

The couple has two children, Larry (Susan) Quade of Delta, and Joyce Quade (Jordan) Needham of Nixa, Mo. They have three grandchildren, Amy Quade (Ritchie) Swain, Julie Needham (Kevin) Hulbert, and Jordan Needham III.
