Thirteen breeders of pure-bred beef cattle met yesterday at the Jackson office of farm adviser C.M. McWilliams, where they organized an association for the furtherance of the interests of such breeders; the organization will be known as the Association of Breeders of Pure-Bred Beef Cattle of Cape Girardeau County.
