Two ordinances, designed to curb cruising problems on Broadway, have been given final approval by the Cape Girardeau City Council; the measures prohibit vehicles from cutting through private drives and parking lots on Broadway and making U-turns on Houck Place; the restrictions apply from 7 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
