The general manager and chief engineer of the Frisco Railroad met with Cape Girardeau officials earlier this week and together viewed the riverfront where improvements are to be made; answering the Rev. James Murtaugh's fear that several switch tracks will be directly in front of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, the railroad men assured him that the tracks will likely be moved farther south.
