Voters of Delta Special Road District at special election yesterday voted to adopt proposal for $6,000 bond issue to improve roads within district and to purchase additional equipment to be used in maintaining roads; vote was 50 for issue and nine against; money will be used largely in improving roads leading to Delta from country.
