Florsheim Shoe Co. officials say they hope to move into a new factory in Cape Girardeau next summer; Florsheim plans to replace its 75-year-old plant at 700 N. Main St. with a new, $3 million manufacturing facility on the south side of Highway 74 at the junction of South West End Boulevard.
