In recognition of his long service to the community as an active member of the Jaycees on local and state levels, for his work on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and in assisting the Red Cross and other organizations, Jerry L. Goin was presented the 1988 Distinguished Service Award by the Cape Jaycees last night.
