Myers - 40 Years

Mr. and Mrs. David Myers of Oak Ridge celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a cruise to the Bahamas and Key West, Fla.

Myers and Deborah Byrd were married July 3, 1970, at Oak Ridge Methodist Church, by the Rev. John Rice. Their attendants were Carole Byrd, sister of the bride, and Dean Stroud.

The couple has two children, Jennifer (John) Dennis of Cape Girardeau and Summer (Scott) Aufdenberg of Jackson. They have five grandchildren, Isabella and Hudson of Cape Girardeau, Samuel and Colton Unnerstall and Allie of Jackson.
