Lux - 70 Years

BENTON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Lux of Benton hosted a party July 20, 2013, in celebration of their 70th wedding anniversary. The event was held at St. Lawrence Parish Hall in New Hamburg, Mo.

Cletus and Rita Halter were married July 24, 1943, at St. Ambrose Church in Chaffee, Mo.

The couple has five children, James Lux of Chicago, Barbara Lux of Carterville, Ill., Kathryn Rodriguez of Brookfield, Ill., Linda Heifner and Richard Lux of Berwyn, Ill. They have six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
