Kurres mark 50th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Penny M. Kurre of Jackson were honored on their 50th wedding anniversary at their home.

Hosts were their children: Penny Kurre of Patton, Mo., Charles and Sarah and Theo Kurre of Columbia, Mo., Dustin and Susan and Collin, Ashlen and Rileigh Kurre of Birmingham, Ala.

Kurre and Jean Evans were married Nov. 27, 1955, at New McKendree United Methodist Church. Their attendants were Camille Crumbaugh of Springfield, Ill., Susan Estes of Gravel Hill, Mo., Jack Evans of Scott City, and Bill Estes of Jackson.
