Kidds observe 25th event

Paul and Doris Kidd of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with an open house at their home Nov. 23, 2003.

Hosts were a son and daughter-in-law, David and Sarah Pickens, and grandchildren, Matthew and Tara.

Other children are Brian and Julie Pickens, grandchildren Adam and Kayla; and Terry Kidd. A son, Tony Kidd, is deceased.

The couple was married Nov. 21, 1978, in Advance, Mo., at the home of her parents, Virgil and Lillian Bagbey. Their attendants were Forrest Kidd and Gwendolyn Nussbaum.
