Hager and Jeanine Binger were married July 16, 1961, at St. Jacobi Lutheran Church in St. Louis, by the Rev. Karl Ziegler.

Members of the wedding party attending were maid of honor, Virderie Kaminska of Port Charlotte, Fla., sister of the bride; best man, Weldon Hager of Cape Girardeau, brother of the groom; and junior bridesmaid, Joyce Seabaugh of Gordonville.

The Hagers are retired -- he from the mathematics department of Southeast Missouri State University, and she from the faculty at Trinity Lutheran School.
