Dean and the former Mary Slayton were married Feb. 15, 1965, at Scott City Assembly of God Church. Their attendants were Jay and Glenda Cassout.
The couple has five children, Deena Masters of Chaffee, Brian (Tara) Foulk of Jackson, Jennifer Dickerson of St. Louis, Shawn (Mandy) Foulk and Dean (Kimberly) Foulk of Chaffee. They have 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren with one on the way.
