Engelharts mark 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Engelhart of rural Jackson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 12, 2004, with a dinner and dance at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.

Hosts were their children and spouses, Fran Engelhart, Dirk and Patti Engelhart, and Paul and Carol Engelhart; and grandchildren, Rachel and Jeremy Engelhart; and Tyler, Katelyn and Alexis Engelhart, all of rural Jackson.

Engelhart and Joy Statler were married June 12, 1954, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pocahontas by the Rev. Elmer C. Elzey. Their attendants were Mary Belle Gohlson Mackey and Nelson Trickey.
