Dicus and Jerline Hunt were married June 3, 1956, in Corinth, Miss., by Justice of the Peace Bernard D. Sovell. Their attendants were Shirley and Malcolm Pevahouse, sister and brother-in-law of the groom.

The couple has lived in Missouri since 1975. Dicus retired as a foreman at Plastene Supply Co. in Portageville. Mrs. Dicus retired as a home health aide with Tri County Group V.

Mr. and Mrs. Dicus have seven grandchildren, Derik (Bridgette) Bland, Jennifer (Matthew) Skelton, William Golden, Elizabeth and Sarah Usher, and Timothy and Billy Dooley; and a great-grandchild, Hailey Bland. They have four stepgrandchildren, Dustin and Brandon Payne, and Tiffani and Tyler Warf.
