Deal - 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Deal of Scott City will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 21, 2008.

Deal and Norma Rampley were married Sept. 21, 1958, at Morehouse, Mo.

He is a retired truck driver and officer of Teamsters Local 574. Mrs. Deal retired from the State School System, where she was a teachers aide and bus driver.

The couple has two sons, Dale (Patti) Deal of St. Ann, Mo., Russell (Bethany) Deal of Potosi, Mo.; a daughter, Debbie Strobel of Sikeston, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
