40th anniversary

MR. & MRS. CAMPBELL

Wesley and Carolyn Campbell of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a surprise picnic and gathering Oct. 29, 2005, at Cape County Park South.

Hosts were their sons.

The Campbells were married July 23, 1965, at First Baptist Church in Delta. They have lived in Cape Girardeau all their married life.

They have three sons, Danny and wife Patty Campbell, Corey Campbell and fiancee Sarah Culbertson, all of Cape Girardeau, and Michael Campbell of Hannibal, Mo. They have two granddaughters, Janell and Abbygail of Cape Girardeau.
