Ethan Hunter was born at 1:04 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce. First children. Mrs. Lemons is the former Rachel Cavanaugh, daughter of Craig and Alice Cavanaugh of Monmouth, Ill. Mr. and Mrs. Lemons are park rangers at Wappapello Lake with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is the son of Harold and Barbara Lemons of Sturdivant, Mo.

Son to Michael Scott and Laurie Ann Gibbs of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:24 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002. Name, Tyler William. Weight, 9 pounds 8 ounces. Second son. Mrs. Gibbs is the former Laurie Needham, daughter of Jim and Cheri Honey of Ullin, Ill. Gibbs is the son of Bill and Karen Gibbs of Scott City, Mo. He is an engineer with Union Pacific Railroad.

Daughter to Jason Daniel and Mishea Denise Culbreath of Jackson, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 2:48 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002. Name, Annie Elizabeth. Weight, 7 pounds 9 ounces. First child. Mrs. Culbreath is the former Mishea Chapman, daughter of Ed and Kay Chapman of Lilbourn, Mo. She is an adviser at Southeast Missouri State University. Culbreath is the son of Steve and Rosie Riel of Bossier City, La. He is a computer consultant at Technology and Networking Inc.

Son to Timothy Isaac Moore Jr. and Rachel Lynne Skaggs, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 2:12 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, 2002. Name, Brett Isaac. Weight, 7 pounds 13 1/2 ounces. Ms. Skaggs is the daughter of Joseph and Alanna Skaggs of Marble Hill, Mo. She is a student. Moore is the son of Tim and Barbara Moore of Dutchtown, Mo. He is employed at Monticello House.
