Mrs. Kamps is the former Stacey Elfrink, daughter of Delwin and Theresa Elfrink of Cape Girardeau. She is senior director of corporate finance with Charter Communications in St. Louis. Kamps is the son of Gerald and Rosemary Kamps of Combined Locks, Wis. He is employed in brand marketing with Nestle Prepared Foods Co. in Englewood, Colo.

Birk

Daughter to Samuel J. and Terri L. Birk of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 3:16 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009. Name, Katherine Renee. Weight, 7 pounds, 14 1/2 ounces. Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Birk is the former Terri Brutlag, daughter of Joel and Carolyn Brutlag of Duluth, Minn. Birk is the son of Ted and Nancy Ernst and Roger and Tammy Birk, all of Jackson. He is a computer technician.

Mrs. Watson is the former Margaret Baldwin, daughter of Christie Baldwin of Jackson and Brad and Chris Baldwin of Elizabethtown, Ky. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Hospital. Watson is the son of Mike and Dolores Watson of Jackson. He is a project estimator with River City Mechanical.

Mrs. Holman is the former Candice Coffey, daughter of Paul and Valerie Causey of Sikeston, and the late Steven Coffey. She is owner/operator of CandyLand Daycare. Holman is the son of Ken and Ann Lamb of Morley, Mo., and Tim Holman of Sikeston. He is employed at Burger King.
