Mrs. Seabaugh is the former Kacey Schaper, daughter of Thomas and Shirley Schaper of Old Appleton, Mo. Seabaugh is the son of Terry and Mona Seabaugh of Jackson. He is employed at TG Missouri Corp.

Tucker

Daughter to Charles Eugene Tucker and Audra Jane Mosha of Cape Girardeau, Saint Francis Medical Center, 2:55 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2005. Name, Chloe Nevaeh. Weight, 6 pounds, 13 ounces. Third daughter. Ms. Mosha is the former Audra Hand, daughter of Jerry and Judy Hand of Ames, Iowa. Tucker is the son of the late Joe C. and Willie M. Tucker Sr. of Mount Vernon, Ill. He is a laborer.

Mrs. Laws is the former Angie Eftink, daughter of Martin and Jeanette Eftink of Chaffee, Mo. She is a marketing team leader at Sam's Club. Laws is the son of Patty Laws of Scott City, and the late Eddie Laws. He is pricing supervisor at J.C. Penney.
