Mrs. Hatfield is the former Tiffany Miller, daughter of Rick and Priscilla Miller of Cape Girardeau. Hatfield is the son of Larry and Paula Hatfield of Oran, Mo. He is a student at the University of Texas, and is employed at Outback Restaurant.

Son to Clarence DeWitt Russell and Angela Dawn Hooker-Russell of Marble Hill, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 10:22 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001. Name, Matthew David. Weight, 7 pounds 3 ounces. First child. Ms. Hooker-Russell is the daughter of David and Joan Hooker of Chaffee, Mo. Russell is the son of David and Connie Russell of Marble Hill. He is employed by Joe Davis Masonry.

Mrs. Johnson is the former Brandy LaBar, daughter of Franklin and Debbie LaBar of Painted Post, N.Y. Johnson is the son of Martha Johnson of Jackson, Mo., and the late Everett Johnson. He is an engineer in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Drum, N.Y.

Colyer

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Colyer is the former Cathie Shelton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Shelton of Metropolis, Ill. She is a work related disability coordinator with National Health Care Resource Services. Colyer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Colyer of McClure, Ill. He is stationed with the U.S. Navy at Defense Supply Center in Richmond, and is branch chief of the contracting division.
