Mrs. Fox is the former Jeniese Moyers, daughter of Mary Moyers of Glenallen, Mo., and Steve Moyers of Marble Hill, Mo. Fox is the son of Kathy Bell of Cape Girardeau and David Fox of Marble Hill. He is a construction worker.
