Mrs. Springkamper is the former Sarah Little, daughter of Melvin and Susan Little of Millstadt, Ill. Springkamper is the son of Betty Springkamper of Affton, Mo., and Bob Springkamper of Barnhart, Mo. He is manager at Walgreen Drug Store.

TippenSon to Brian Keith and Samantha Elizabeth Tippen of Dexter, Mo., St. Francis Medical Center, 5:51 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003. Name, Silas Aaron Robert. Weight, 7 pounds 10 ounces. First child. Mrs. Tippen is the former Samantha Welker, daughter of Robert Welker and Teresa Welker and Kimmie Letona, all of Marble Hill, Mo. Tippen is the son of David and LuAnne Tippen of Wappapello, Mo. He is employed by W.W. Woods.
