Second child, first son. Mrs. Roe is the former Jessica Daniel, daughter of Andy and Gail Auer of Cape Girardeau. She is pursuing a nursing degree in Memphis, Tenn. Roe is the son of Steve and Rosemary Roe of LeMars, Iowa. He is a firefighter/paramedic with the Memphis Fire Department, and is pursuing a nursing degree in Memphis.

Sievers

Son to Eric R. and Kate E. Sievers of Jackson, Saint Francis Medical Center, 8:27 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013. Name, Emmett Ryan. Weight, 8 pounds, 3 ounces. Second son. Mrs. Sievers is the former Kate Fisher, daughter of Robert and Linda Fisher of Cape Girardeau. Sievers is the son of Lonnie and Marilyn Sievers of Jackson. He is self-employed.

Miles

Ms. Lewis is the daughter of Glenn Lewis of Scott City. Miles is the son of Darla Crabtree of Scott City. He is employed by Mayfield Concrete.

Yancy

Daughter to Harold Lynn Yancy and Unis Elisa Dyson of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Hospital, 4:32 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013. Name, Victorious Lucky. Weight, 6 pounds, 1 ounce. Fourth child, third daughter. Yancy is employed by KMHM Radio.

Todt

Daughter to Justin Michael and Sarah Anne Todt of Benton, Mo., Southeast Hospital, 9:05 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2013. Name, Halle Anne. Weight, 6 pounds, 8 ounces. Mrs. Todt is the former Sarah Burford, daughter of Ron and Janis Burford of Benton. She is a registered cardiac sonographer with Cardiovascular Consultants. Todt is the son of Ralph and Sharon Hennemann of Benton, and the late Garry Todt. He is a vo-tech instructor with the Sikeston School District.
