First child. Mrs. Richardson is the daughter of Jim and Pat Hacker of Longtown, Mo., and Jack Mann of Fenton, Mo., and is formerly of Cape Girardeau. She is a physical therapist with Premiere Home Health. Richardson is the son of Von and Mary Richardson of Troy, Mo. He is employed by Edward Jones Investment Co.

Varner

Daughter to David Michael and Tashia Lynne Varner of Whitewater, Saint Francis Medical Center, 9:13 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Name, Rylie Nicole. Weight, 8 pounds, 11 1/2 ounces. Mrs. Varner is the former Tashia Beck, daughter of George and Gail Beck of Chaffee, Mo. She is employed at Midwest Sterilization in Jackson. Varner is the son of David and Peggy Varner of Whitewater, and Shawn and David Puranen of Afognak, Alaska. He is employed at Viking Cives in Morley, Mo.

Mrs. Miller is the former Lisa Rouggly, daughter of Don and Wilma Rouggly of Grassy. She is a registered nurse at Saint Francis. Miller is the son of Carl and Helen Miller of Marble Hill, Mo. He is a self-employed contractor with S&W Cabinets.

Mrs. Temke is the former Samantha Berner, daughter of Lorie Berner and Lois Colter of Cape Girardeau. She is general manager at Taco Bell in Jackson. Temke is the son of George and Angela Temke of Olmsted, Ill. He is a welder with Waterfront Services in Cairo, Ill.
