Ms. Parsons is the daughter of Martha Parsons of Cape Girardeau, and the late Eugene Parsons. She is employed at Eugene's Total Care Salon and Spa. Mackins is the son of Regina Mackins of Pulaski, Ill.

Williams

Son to Kyle Shane and Lisa Marie Williams of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005. Name, Bryce Christian. Weight, 7 pounds, 14 ounces. First child. Mrs. Williams is the former Lisa Rodriguez, daughter of Joe and Vicky Rodriguez of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Hospital Central Services. Williams is the son of Janienne and Jay Moore and Terry Williams, all of Cape Girardeau. He is a chef at Mollie's Cafe and Bar.

Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Muench is the former Kimberly Manche, daughter of Dwain and Julie Manche of Frohna. Muench is the son of Allen Muench and Mary Steele of Perryville, Mo. He is a technician and towing operator with Midwest Truck Sales.

Mrs. Cocom is the former Darcy Draves, daughter of Michael and Roxanne Draves of Chester, Ill., and Kelly and Neil Wilke of Jackson. Cocom is the son of Marco and Alicia Cocom of Mexico. He is self-employed.
