Rhodes is the son of Carol Rhodes of Reno, Nev., and Willard Rhodes Sr. of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. He is self-employed.

Mrs. Marchi is the former Andrea Siemer, daughter of John and Irmgard Siemer of Jackson. She is a physical therapist at Southeast Hospital Outpatient Rehab. Marchi is the son of Dennis and Kathy Marchi of Jackson. He is sales manager at Ceiling Supply Inc.
