Mrs. Borgwald is the former Tiffany Bellis, daughter of Ramona Bellis of Scott City. She is employed by state of Missouri Department of Mental Health. Borgwald is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Burt Borgwald of Arnold, Mo. He is an engineer with Malisko Engineering.

Williams is the son of Randy Williams Sr. of St. Louis and Shirli Williams of Bernie, Mo. He is a department manager at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse.
