Ms. Vickers is the daughter of Milton Vickers of Perryville, Mo. Decker is the son of Glo Thomure and Markis Ray of Patton, Mo. He is employed at Botkin Lumber Co.

Son to David Wayne and Jennifer Kay Bisher of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 7:16 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2005. Name, Pierce Allen. Weight, 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Bisher is the former Jennifer Pierce, daughter of Roger and Sharon Pierce of Cape Girardeau. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Hospital. Bisher is the son of Simon Bisher of Cape Girardeau, and the late Rose Marian. He is employed by the American Red Cross.
