Gabriella Rose was born at 3:53 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Ms. Rulo is the former Whitney Kendall, daughter of Donna Wideman and Gary Wideman of Cadet, Mo., and Bill Kendall of Catawissa, Mo. Pender is the son of Barry Pender and Elizabeth Roy of Jackson.
