She is lead infant teacher at Southeast Missouri State University's Child Enrichment Center. Rueseler is the son of Judy Rueseler of Cape Girardeau, and the late Ronald Rueseler. He is a deputy with the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department.

Son to the Rev. Matthew Marvin Lynn and Heather Lynn Butrum of Chaffee, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 11:54 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2009. Name, Josiah Levi. Weight, 5 pounds, 4 ounces. Second son. Mrs. Butrum is the former Heather McCullough, daughter of the Rev. Joe McCullough and Debbie McCullough of Cape Girardeau. She is a preschool teacher at Kids Korner Child Enrichment Center. Butrum is the son of the Rev. Marvin Butrum and Carolyn Butrum of Sikeston, Mo. He is pastor of First Baptist Church in Chaffee.
