Weight, 7 pounds 8 ounces. First child. Mrs. Halter is the daughter of Nelson and Norma Masters of Florissant, Mo. Halter is the son of Mary Meyer of Leopold, Mo., and Mick Halter of Cape Girardeau. He is an investment representative with Edward Jones.

Walton

Daughter to Zack Scot and Cindy Kay Walton of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 2:46 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 2003. Name, Margaret Grace "Maggie". Weight, 6 pounds 12 ounces. Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Walton is the former Cindy Gaia, daughter of Jerry and Margaret Gaia of Memphis, Tenn. Walton is the son of Dick and Donna Walton of Mt. Vernon, Ill. He is employed by Jackson R-2 School District at South Elementary.

Mrs. Husk is the former Melissa Russell, daughter of Barbara Russell and Lee Russell of Anniston, Mo. Husk is the son of Charlotte Keller and Michael Keller of East Prairie, and Darrell Husk of Cape Girardeau.
