Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Hovis is the former Brittany Henson, daughter of Mike and Theresa Henson of Marble Hill. She is county clerk of Bollinger County. Hovis is the son of Brad and Pat Sloan of Perryville, Missouri, and the late Dan Hovis of Marble Hill. He is a laminator at Mondi.

Shipman

Mrs. Shipman is the former Randi Kraust, daughter of Nicki and Doug Schmitt of Millersville, and the late Randy Kraust of Cape Girardeau. She is a registered nurse with Professional Case Management. Shipman is the son of Kelly Shipman of Jackson and James Shipman Jr. of Winchester, Virginia. He is a retail sales consultant with AT&T.
