Mrs. Brugger is the former Becky Bell, daughter of Connie Bell of Jackson and Larry Bell of Macon, Ga. Brugger is the son of Marian Brugger of Jackson, and the late Roy Brugger.

Reagan

Twin sons to Sean Patrick and Bobbie Lynn Reagan of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Thursday, May 22, 2008. Brock David was born at 10:29 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces. Blayne Lee was born at 10:29 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces. Second and third sons. Mrs. Reagan is the former Bobbie Hitt, daughter of Jerry and Karen Hitt of Burfordville. She is a second grade teacher with Jackson School District at South Elementary. Reagan is the son of Ron Reagan of Parma, Ohio, and Marie Reagan Davis of Cape Girardeau. He is employed at Procter & Gamble.
