Mrs. Seabaugh is the former Becky Beckett, daughter of the late Leonard Beckett and Donna Beckett. She is a teller at Security Bank and Trust. Seabaugh is the son of Joan Seabaugh of Chaffee, Mo., and the late Emmett Seabaugh. He is shop foreman at Industrial Systems.

Mrs. Lohmann is the former Cynthia Gibbar, daughter of Joseph and Rosemary Gibbar of Perryville. She is an administrative assistant at Eye Care Specialists, LLC. Lohmann is the son of Roy and Virginia Lohmann of Perryville. He is employed at Liberty Glass Co.

He is a professor at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo.
