Daughter to Stuart Jason and Amy Lu Rendleman of Anna, Ill., St. Francis Medical Center, 3:34 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2003. Name, Keri Lu. Weight, 6 pounds 6 ounces. Fourth daughter. Mrs. Rendleman is the former Amy Follis, daughter of Fawn Follis of Jonesboro, Ill. She is a computer information specialist at Southern Illinois University. Rendleman is the son of Leon and Sue Rendleman of Anna. He is an ironworker with Taylor Brothers.

Murphy

Daughter to Mike David and Linda Sue Murphy of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 4:36 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2003. Name, Maddox Stark. Weight, 7 pounds. Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Murphy is the former Linda Stark, daughter of Bob and Donna Stark of Fort Dodge, Iowa. Murphy is the son of Ray and Ann Murphy of Farmington, Mo. He is employed with the law firm of Osburn, Hine, Kuntze, Yates and Murphy.
