Mrs. Tranter is the daughter of James and Carole Hill of Millersville, Md. She is a physician's assistant. Tranter is the son of Wes and Babs Tranter of Jackson. He is serving in the U.S. Navy, assigned to the Station Special Operation Command in the Pacific.
