Fourth child, second daughter. Mrs. Latham is the former Tracy Rodgers, daughter of Larry and Joann Rodgers of Sikeston. Latham is the son of Vonnie Latham and Loyd and Donna Latham, all of Sikeston. He is employed at Tetra Pak Materials.
