Taylor Madison was born at 1:28 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds ounce. First children. Mrs. Skaggs is the former Amy Sheehan, daughter of Mike and Mary Sheehan of Cape Girardeau. She is a chemist at Spartech Compounding. Skaggs is sales manager at Budget Motor Co. He is the son of Bettie Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau and Chester and Dian Skaggs of Fredericktown.
